For as long as I can remember, I've loved playing around with makeup, testing out new products and figuring out which trends worked on me, and which I should take a hard pass on. But, I developed eczema in high school and my relationship with makeup became a love/hate, tumultuous one.
I've gone through phases during my 20's and 30's wearing a lot of makeup, no makeup, and very little makeup for long stretches of time. Now that my skin has been balanced for a few years, with no signs of eczema, I've reconnected with makeup and skin care and the beauty world has completely changed since I last dabbled. It's like a brand new world! The quality has far surpassed anything I remember. I'm learning about new products, fallen down the YouTube rabbit hole and have signed over my paychecks to Sephora. My level of excitement feels like the first time I discovered makeup.
I hope you'll visit often, and find useful tips and information. I'm always willing to break my piggy bank for a promising product (or one that just looks downright fun), so write to me and let me know if there's a product you'd like to learn more about!
